Who sees Côte Résidence

Controls what an anonymous visitor on the project's public URL sees. Logged-in team members and buyers with a pre-signed link always see the full sales page — this setting doesn't affect them.

Anonymous visitors see only the hero — logo, project name, tagline — and a Request access CTA. No units, no renders.

PIN-protected

Content rendered with blur + a PIN entry overlay. Correct PIN unlocks the After-PIN view for 30 days. Pre-signed buyer links bypass the PIN.

Discovery — default for new projects

Anonymous visitors browse the project freely but can't see per-unit prices or status. A counter shows «N units available» on the project. Useful for early-stage marketing where you want lead capture before disclosing pricing.

PIN configuration

Set the PIN, what visitors see after passing it, and who to contact for access. PIN is stored hashed — admins can change it, but never view it again.

PIN REQUIRED

Free-format string, min 4 characters. Share it verbally or in a single email — never in the same channel as the project URL. Changing the PIN signs out everyone who knew the old one.

After PIN, visitor sees REQUIRED Pre-launch tease: Discovery. Soft launch with final pricing: Full sales.

Contact email REQUIRED Used by visitors who don't know the PIN — opens a pre-filled email.

Contact phone OPTIONAL If filled, a «Call us» button appears next to «Email us» on the PIN overlay.

Who bypasses the PIN

Buyers with a pre-signed link (?b=… from a Sales Agent), team members of this workspace, and any guest org member with project access. A correct PIN sets a 30-day cookie — re-entry needed only when the cookie expires, the PIN changes, or the visitor is in private browsing.

Audit trail

Every PIN set or change is recorded with the actor and timestamp (PIN value is never logged). Anonymous failed attempts above 3/hour from the same IP are flagged in the operator dashboard. See Activity log.
